Marching in Kosovo
During the past few weeks I've participated in a few marches. First, Dancon March which was a 25 km march, arranged by the Norwegians, in average terrain with a minimum of 10 kilos of equipment. Quiet a nice Sunday walk. Last weekend climbed to Mt. Ljuboten which was a bit more demanding. 20 km total length with a vertical climb of 2000 meters to reach the summit at 2510 meters. The conditions were pretty snowy as the picture shows. Lot's of fun though! Only three weeks of duty left until returning back home to Finland...
